I'm from Sheffield in the UK, haven't decided what I want to be when I grow up but in the mean time I'm a teacher to mostly 16-20 year old (though I do teach older ones too) engineering students. I don't have anything to do with the technical side of their courses I just try and bring their English and ICT and occasionally their maths up to scratch. (Don't be daunted by the English bit, I'm dyslexic and make typos constantly I won't pick at what you write.)

I live with my daughter and budgie and next door to my mum. I read avidly though having just counted up am shocked to find I've read almost 170 books this year so far, I knew I read a lot but though 50+ was more my speed.

Come look at my journal and profile, I'm friendly and approachable I think though will ignore rants and rages expecially over politics.
