I got the link to this frenzy entry from a friend of mine as i'm looking for new friends to add to my life. (Many of my LJ friends have moved over to FB)
I'm almost 49 and live in Belgium.
I can relay to the 'honnest, open, friendly and agoraphobic' that you mentioned.
My Lj is drama free with all sweet gentle people. I read and comment a lot as i love interaction on LJ.
