My name is Caitlin, I'm 24 and currently living at home in Jersey. I've been on LJ since high school, so if you go back far enough you'll find some endlessly embarrassing entries that I'm too lazy to go back and make private. I tend to write about my daily life, which more recently has revolved around my ongoing medical issues (fibromyalgia and related funtimes), my job hunt, and my dog. He's an awesome dog. The best dog, actually.
I don't get into fandom very much. When I do it tends to be one at a time, and they tend to be... not so very popular, as far as fandoms go. So it rarely comes up in my journal. Right now I'm super into Law & Order. If you want to geek out over a 20-year-old procedural, I'm your girl. If not, no big.
I love movies, especially classic Hollywood films. I stayed an extra year at college to get a second degree in radio/tv/film (my first was in writing arts), and I really miss studying film.
Oh, I'm also bisexual, liberal, and a feminist, so you know, standard disclaimers apply. I'm not really interested in reading about religion (after 13 years of Catholic school I'm still burned out), non-stop fandom stuff, drama for drama's sake, or reposts from Twitter or elsewhere.
