I'm Artemis, a 26-year old from New Zealand currently living in rural Japan. I've been teaching here as an ALT for a year now, and am planning to do the same for at least one more, probably two.
I'm a big anime and Japanese pop culture geek - music, street fashion, etc. I like pop culture in general though, and you can find a handy dandy list of general books and TV shows and such that I'm into on my profile page.
I read my f-list daily and tend to post once a week or so. I write about anime, work, personal life, my general traversings, and post the occasional meme. Right now I'm just looking for friends with similar interests who won't be abandoning LJ for greener blogging pastures.
