Hi all! My name is Laura and I'm a 30 year old South Australian. I'm just approaching 5 years married to a gentlemanly German stonemason and we have a delightfully demonic 3.5 year old son. I am a qualified solicitor/barrister but much prefer my current life as a stay at home mum.

I love the country, where we recently moved to from the city, but one day I want to live by the sea. I adore Noel Gallagher, Stephen King, 'The Walking Dead' and 'Game of Thrones'. I have a pet dog, a bunny and a turtle. Kids and animals are my weaknesses, (aside from iced coffee). I have degenerative disc disease and underwent spinal surgery last year, so I sometimes struggle with pain but I don't let it define me. I'm not religious, but I am spiritual. I'm open-minded to befriending people from all walks of life, if they can afford me the same, and prize kindness above all else. I post only when I have something to say, which varies.

I'm glad you added me, because I totally would have added you too. We're the same age, have similar kids and menageries, politically left, my degree is actually in philosophy (which has done me far more good personally than professionally, of course), not religious.. a good fit, to sum it up! :)
